Silver Lining Pictures recently produced the extravagant Unionair commercial for agency FP7 Egypt. Directed by Harvey B Brown, this advertisement depicts the theatrical and life- changing effects of the airconditioning unit, ‘Artify’. The commercial was produced by Executive Producer Renier Ridgeway, whom with his team of skilled producers, coordinated a seamless and effective production. The concept for the advertisement was to create a spectacular world that would captivate the audience from the very beginning; ultimately removing the audience from their everyday existence and transporting them to a land that not only uplifts them, but also has the potential to climatically adapt to their desired environment (represented by the ‘Artify’ airconditioning unit). This fantastic world was made possible by none other than Director Harvey B Brown from the UK. His signature style in Directing shines through in every scene; aided by his impeccable ability to communicate his vision to his assisting crew.
Artify
Art Director, Tanya van Tonder, translated the project from the imagination and brought it into fruition on set. Shaun Lee acted as Director of Photography and captured the most ravishing and enchanting imagery, which was shot entirely in studio at the Waterfront Studios. Heino Henning of Searle Street Post, offered VFX assistance on set and also handled all of the post production for the job. Second unit was Directed by the young and talented Mashepo Maja.
